🌺 ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease)

The ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) Support Group meets on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 6:00 pm at the MCCH Board Room. This support group is for anyone seeking support for ALS. This includes those who are diagnosed with ALS or friends and family of someone with ALS, as well as those who have lost someone to ALS. There is no cost and registration is not required. 🍁 Alzheimer Care Giver

The Alzheimer's & Other Dementia Support Group for Caregivers meets every 1st Thursday of each month from 10:00-11:00 am in the Murray Calloway County Senior Center. This support group is designed with caregivers in mind, but all are welcome! For more information, call 270-753-0929.​

🏡️ Bariatric Support

🌡 Breast Cancer

This support group meets on the 4th Tuesday of the month at various locations. Contact Evelyn Wallis for more information at 270-489-2462.

🌻 Breastfeeding

For moms and moms-to-be. Meets monthly on the 3rd Thursday at 4:00 pm at the MCCH Center for Health and Wellness. Call Alycia at 270-226-4776 with any questions.

🌷 Celebrate Recovery

Celebrate Recovery is a 12-step Christ-centered recovery meeting program for anyone who struggles with hurts, habits or hang-ups. Meetings are held from 6:30-8:00 pm each Tuesday at Hope Harbor Church on KY 94 East. For more information, call 270-753-6695.

🌴 Compassionate Friends

The Compassionate Friends support group will meet at 7:00 pm on the 4th Thursday of the month in the Jan and Kay Dalton Conference Room on the first floor of the North Tower of the Murray-Calloway County Hospital. This support group meets for the encouragement of bereaved parents who have lost children as a result of accident, illness or tragedy, regardless of their child’s age. The Dialysis Support Group is for patients or families of patients who are going through dialysis. The sessions are free and registration is not required. The MCCH Dialysis Support Group meets at the Weaks Senior Citizen Center, 607 Poplar Street in Murray. For more information contact Tasha Mitchell at 270-759-3080.

🌳 Grief Recovery Outreach Program

An 8-week class scheduled for Winter (January - February), Spring (March - May) and Fall (September - November). Contact MCCH Chaplain Kerry Lambert at 270-762-1274.

🌹 NAMI (Mental Illness)

This group is for family and friends of someone diagnosed with a mental illness such as bi-polar, major depression, schizophrenia, OCD, panic disorder, PTSD, or borderline personality disorder. Meets in the MCCH Educational Services Building located on the corner of 8th and Elm streets. For more information call Susan Phillips at 270-748-6133.

🌱 Parkinson's Disease

This group meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 11:00 am (eat at 11:30 am) for lunch and the meeting at 12:00 pm (usually with a speaker) in the Kelleher Room of the Weaks' Senior Citizens Center. For more information call 270-753-0929.

🌲 Reformers Unanimous

Reformers Unanimous, a Bible-based addiction program, meets at 7 p.m. every Friday at Eastwood Baptist Church at 2191 KY 94 East. For more information, call 270-753-1834.

🌸 Stroke & Head Injury

The Stroke & Head Injury Support Group is a supportive environment for families or individuals who have experience or who are currently experiencing the life-changing impacts of stroke or head injury to meet and share support. 🌿 TOPS
